The recommended method of applying a Philom Bios powdered peat inoculant (TagTeam or N-Prove) is to create slurry.

Add a full bag of peat to the desired amount of water in a pail – a round pail results in the best mixing.

Mix using a squirrel cage mixer attached to a cordless drill.

After less than a minute of mixing a smooth slurry is formed. The consistency is like used motor oil when mixed.

The peat will stay in suspension, but occassionaly remixing is recommended.
