Inoculants by Crop - Next Generation N-Prove

The patent pending strain of rhizobia launched last year in TagTeam is now available in a single-action inoculant - N-Prove.

N-Prove is a superior, single-action inoculant that contains one active ingredient, a naturally occurring bacterium that fixes nitrogen into a form plants can use. It forms a single symbiotic relationship with the inoculated pulse crop.

Next Generation N-Prove peat out-performed the previous formulation by 4% in small plot research trials.

N-Prove is available in two formulations for simple, convenient inoculation, which fits almost any seeding management system.

• Pre-sterilized, self-sticking peat formulation is packaged in 7 x 2.2 kg bags for pea and lentil.
• Pea and lentil liquid formulation packaged in 3 litre boxes.

N-Prove Peat Application

• N-Prove for pea and lentil is available as a pre-sterilized, self-sticking peat. 
• Application with water is recommended (see rates below).
• Apply N-Prove as a slurry (mixed into water), apply water at the same time as you sprinkle on N-Prove dry or pre-moisten seed prior to application.

In Furrow Application: Apply in-furrow directly with the seed. Do not apply banded to the side, below or above the seed. Undiluted N-Prove should be applied at a rate of 1 fl oz per 1000 feet of row.

N-Prove liquid can be diluted with water to assist in application. The diluted product may be applied at a rate of 1 gallon to 8 gallons per 2.47 acres depending on the amount of water added. Use the diluted product within 24 hours. Calibrate the flow rate to deliver the correct amount depending on row width according to the table below.
