With expertise in fermentation, formulation, strain selection, compatibility and field assessment, the Research & Business Development team is focused on the development of high quality inoculants. This team assesses and develops opportunities to drive the Company’s profitable growth by developing new markets for existing products, developing and/or researching new technology to improve existing products and creating new products. Our group of researchers work on projects aimed at providing the best strains of inoculants, in the best formulations, of the highest quality, to provide the best value to our customers. They exist within the Company to move ideas from the lab to the market.
