This team assesses and develops opportunities to drive the Company’s profitable growth by developing new markets for existing products, developing and/or researching new technology to improve existing products and creating new products.    Our group of researchers work on projects aimed at providing the best strains of inoculants, in the best formulations, of the highest quality, to provide the best value to our customers. They exist within the Company to move ideas from the lab to the market.
